Green Prospects and Solutions's Aim
Green Prospects and Solutions aims to provide children with a twenty-first-century one-stop-shop experience in getting the educational materials, resources and services needed to become successful citizens. The GPS program will allow all children the opportunity to realize their full potential and prepare them for the future they need in order to become competitors on the global stage.
Vision
Green Prospects & Solutions LLC envisions an equitable educational landscape where all students, particularly those from marginalized and at-risk communities, have consistent access to high-quality, culturally responsive learning resources that support academic growth, personal development, and long-term success.
Our vision is to provide recurring, standards-aligned educational materials and digital reading resources throughout the academic year that cultivate literacy, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning. Through inspiring and meaningful, tangible and online reading content, Green Prospects & Solutions seeks to engage students, strengthen comprehension skills, and close opportunity gaps that persist within public education
systems.
We are committed to empowering students by affirming their identity, strengthening self- confidence, and fostering a sense of purpose, ensuring that each child is equipped with the tools, mindset, and support necessary to thrive academically and mature into confident, socially responsible young adults.
THE GREEN INITIATIVE (T.G.I)
Eight Directional Paths of Support
In life, the human directional compass consists of eight distinct paths that guide growth, purpose, and direction. The Green Initiative (T.G.I.) is an eight-dimensional support framework designed to guide students through intentional pathways that promote academic success, personal development, and community engagement.
Each directional path represents a core service area provided by Green Prospects & Solutions, LLC (GPS-2). Together, these paths allow students, families, schools, donors, and community partners to clearly understand and align with the programs, resources, and services available through GPS.
Mentorship & Youth Development
Provides structured mentoring experiences that support goal-setting, leadership development, identity awareness, and positive decision-making for students across grade levels.
Academic Tutoring & Learning Support
Offers targeted academic assistance designed to reinforce classroom learning, strengthen literacy and core subject skills, and improve student confidence and performance.
Counseling & Student Support Services
Delivers supplemental counseling supports and referral-based services that promote social-emotional well-being, resilience, and healthy coping strategies in collaboration with schools and families.
Seasonal Enrichment Camps (Ages 10–18)
Facilitates age-appropriate seasonal camps focused on enrichment, academic reinforcement, leadership skills, and personal growth during school breaks and extended learning periods.
PBIS Initiatives & School-Based Programs
Supports schools through PBIS-aligned initiatives that reinforce positive behavior, student accountability, character development, and school-wide engagement systems.
Student Recognition & Rewards
Implements incentive-based recognition programs that celebrate academic achievement, positive behavior, leadership, and consistent student growth.

Provides year-round access to essential school supplies, learning materials, and student resources to reduce barriers to participation and academic success.

Offers mission-aligned apparel and merchandise through the GPS Intrepid Store, reinforcing student pride, motivation, and program sustainability while supporting GPS initiatives.

Green Pathways to Success Inc. is a registered nonprofit focused on delivering educational support, mentorship, and community resource programs to disadvantaged families.
Through donations and product sales, GPS funds real impact – right where it’s needed most.
Our Mission
Green Prospects & Solutions, LLC (GPS-2) is a for-profit educational support organization dedicated to providing equitable access to educational resources, student support services, and enrichment opportunities for Pre-K through Grade 12 students across Miami-Dade County, Florida.
GPS-2 delivers supplemental academic resources, digital literacy tools, and student engagement services, including online reading materials, mentoring, tutoring,
counseling supports, PBIS-aligned initiatives, and access to essential school supplies. Students, families, and school partners utilize the GPS-2 website to register, request services, and access program resources in a transparent and organized manner.
While GPS-2 serves students from all backgrounds, the organization places a deliberate emphasis on supporting historically underserved and socioeconomically impacted communities, including the African-American community, to help reduce opportunity gaps and promote student success.
Our Mission
GPS-2 is a For Profit Organization that focuses on providing educational resources to low socioeconomic students of Miami-Dade County Florida, in Pre-K through twelfth (12) grade.
GPS-2 will also offer Online Reading Resources that will be used to enhance the overall learning experience for students in Elementary through High School. GPS members and clients will utilize the website to sign-up for needed resources and donations.
GPS -2 will focus on providing services to all children with an emphasis on the needs of the African – American community.
Programs & Services for Schools
Green Prospects & Solutions, LLC delivers student-centered programs and educational support services through a structured, needs-based operational model designed to serve schools, families, and students across diverse communities.
Parents, students, and school-based partners access GPS programs and services by
phone, email, and registering through the GPS-2 website, where requests for
educational materials, student supplies, and approved services are submitted throughan online request and invoicing system. This process ensures transparency,
accountability, and efficient coordination with participating schools.
Outreach efforts include the development and distribution of informational flyers to
neighboring schools and surrounding communities to promote program awareness and access. Program participation and resource allocation are prioritized based on
demonstrated need, with particular consideration given to schools and students located in underserved and socioeconomically impacted areas.
Designated program personnel coordinate the fulfillment and delivery of approved
materials and supplies, ensuring timely distribution to participating students, families, and school partners. Through this operational framework, Green Prospects & Solutions maintains a consistent, equitable, and responsive system for supporting educational engagement and student success.
